I was finishing my Uni assessment
Too hot - mini heatwave at the moment.
The cause is my tight hamstrings, inflexible back, tight hips and weak glutes. I have ordered a belt for my back and a flex stretch. I have also downloaded a flexibility programme to help. I need to book in another sports therapy session with Emily.
This morning I managed to get up earlier enough for a run. However I only managed a mile running as my lower back was hurting so I walked. I am okay with that though as I did get up early and go.
