Windy Run this morning

It was a windy run this morning but felt good. However the wind was in my face and I lost my breathing technique for a minute so had to work harder to get it back. 
Then I walked 3 miles.

Next week's plan changes with each run for the first time.

Warm up - 5 mins walk
Run - 5 mins
Walk - 3 mins
Run - 5 mins
Walk - 3 mins
Run - 5 mins
Cool down - 5 mins walk

Warm up - 5 mins walk
Run - 8 mins
Walk - 5 mins
Run - 8 mins
Cool down - 5 mins walk
31 mins

Week 5, Run 3
Warm up - 5 mins walk
Run - 20 mins
Cool down - 5 mins walk
30 mins
